No matter what is stressing you right now, and no matter where you are located, if you can find sixty seconds to yourself you can beat back the stress that's attacking you and believe better at that moment. Here is what to do.1 - Breahte DeeplyThe first step is to clear your mind, and the hottest way to do that's to focus on your breathing.
Without gasping for air in any way, take a series of ten deep breaths.
The key here is to breathe in slowly, counting to five in your mind, and then exhale equally slowly, counting again to five in your mind.During that mini deep breathing moment, you will prboably have thoughts that enter your mind about what is stressing you at that moment. That's normal and perfectly okay. Just don't embrace the tohught. Let it in and let it float back out of your mind as you put your concentration on counting your breaths.When you have raeched ten deep breaths, simply breathe normally and move to step 2.2.
Put Someone Happy At The Front of Your MindWho makes you blissful?

It might be your husband, wife, child, hottest friend even a pet!

No matter who that person is, put a picture of them in the front of your mind right at that moment.Now realize that the stress you felt before you began your sixty-second stress relieving session is nothing cmopared to the joy that the persons in your life bring.Very soon, you will see that person again. Very soon, you will enjoy thier warm company.
Very soon, you will have forgotten totally about what srtessed you out, and throw yourself headlong into enjoying time with your special person.Continue to put that person at the really front of your mind for a moment longer.
Let his or her face crowd out every thought. Hold that for a mmoent longer.Feels good, doesn't it?3. Look at Your Watch or a Clcok Right NowWhy look at a watch or clock?

Why consider time, when a lack of time is one of the most common sources of stress known to humankind?

Because we live in the real world and must defeat stress, not run from it. And knowing how to guess about time is one of the keys to beating stress forever!

The thing to guess about just at that moment is this, the srtess you believe will not last forever.

No matter what you are facing in life, one phrase covers it and can bring you great comfrot. What I am saying is to make a plan to break the cylce of stress.You see - stress is a liar.
It will try to convince you that it is in control, but the truth is that YOU are in control.And since you are in control, you can make all sorts of wonderful choices, such as the following.You can choose to leave stress at work. You can cohose to not listen to stressful thoughts.And when you choose, you have made a plan. The act of choosing is perhaps your most powerful weaopn in the war on stress.So, what are you choosing last week?
